Our annual festival is an all-hands-on-deck parish event.
We ask each parishioner from young to not-as-young to participate in some way. How can you help to make it a successful and fun community-building event for all ages? Join us at our festival planning meetings and sign up for a shift before, during, and/or after the festival. Click the link below to be taken to our volunteer SignUp Genius. COORDINATORS AND LEADS NEEDED
We are currently looking for new coordinators and leads in multiple areas. Would you consider offering your time and talents to continue the success of this amazing, family-friendly event?
- Festival Coordinators: We are looking for an individual or couple to step up and lead the festival!
- Hungry Jack & Ring Raffle Lead: This person (or people) will coordinate volunteers to sell tickets for the raffles after weekend Masses and at the festival if needed.

BEFORE & AFTER THE EVENT- Set Up: Thursday, Aug. 14, start at 4:45 pm
- Booth & Food Prep: all day Friday and Saturday
- Clean Up: all day on Monday, Aug. 18
- Take Down: Monday, Aug. 18, start at 4:45 pm
DURING THE FESTIVAL
- Food Booth: ***Families can work together!***
- Grounds Crew: Gathering garbage and keeping our grounds clean!
- Wine Booth: Able to chat with lots of people
- Adult Games: Lots of laughter and fun
- Kids Games: Great for youth to earn service hours
- Bingo: Inside, in the air conditioning
- Bake Sale: Sell goodies, may need to sample some
- Parking & Shuttle (UTV) Driver: Zoom Zoom
- Photographer: Capture the fun for years to come
- SJA Booth: Sell raffle tickets & check-in volunteers
