Come learn more about OCIA (formerly known as RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation)

• What is OCIA? Order of Christian Initiation
• If I attend the class am I obligated to join the church? There is no obligation, but it is a beautiful first step in discerning if the Catholic Church is your spiritual home.

• Do you have questions about life? What is the purpose?
• Are you interested in becoming Catholic and formally entering the Church?
• Do you wish to complete any missing Sacraments of Initiation?
• Have you been away from the faith but feel God calling you back?
• Do you want to learn more about why Catholics believe what they believe?
• Have you received all of your Catholic sacraments and would like to grow deeper in your faith?
  ...Then this class is for you! 

This course is open to all interested in learning more about the Catholic faith. It will prepare for formally entering the Catholic Church for those prayerfully considering becoming Catholic.  

Join Cathy Wideman, Director of Catechesis and Evangelization, during the school year 2026-2027.

We ask for a donation of $75 to cover the cost of materials for the class.
