Preparation for First Confession and First Holy Communion takes place when children are in second grade through our Faith Formation program or the religion classes taught within our Shakopee Area Catholic School.

Children or youth older than second grade who have not made their First Confession or First Communion can enroll in the Faith Formation program to prepare for the Sacraments, too.

First Sacrament preparation includes weekly Mass journals, parent meetings, retreats, and more.
