• There can be up to three cremation burials on one regular plot at an additional cost for each. 
• Once there is a cremation burial on a plot, there cannot be a regular burial on that same plot. 
• There cannot be two casket burials in one plot. 
• Burial plots are legally the property of the purchaser or designee, but subject to the rules of the Parish of Saints Joachim and Anne Cemetery Committee. 
• Graves must be dug by the cemetery curator for liability reasons and to comply with insurance guidelines. 
• Unused plots can only be resold back to the Parish at the original purchase price. 
• The Cemetery Curator has a record of which plots are purchased and by whom. Please save your receipt showing the location of burial plot(s) purchased. 
• At the time of burial, a temporary marker is placed on the grave. After six months it will be removed, unless other arrangements are made. 
• All grave monuments are the property and responsibility of the plot owner/survivors and must conform to the regulations of the Parish of Saints Joachim and Anne Cemetery Committee. 

• After a burial and from the weekend before to one week after Memorial Day, loose flowers and decorations may be left on the graves. 
• At all other times, all flowers and temporary decorations not in raised pots or urns will be removed from gravesites at the next mowing. For more information, contact the parish office. 
• Please Note: After Labor Day, ALL decorations, including temporary flower stands, must be removed to allow for a good clean up prior to winter. Flowerpots on poles/stands must be removed before winter so that they don’t freeze in. Any questions regarding this policy, please call the Parish Office. 
• Out of respect, dogs are prohibited on cemetery grounds.
